Lapping is a process of using an abrasive, between two surfaces. It is done manually or by a mechanised process.

Vibratory De-burring, removes the rough edges from parts, enabling them to fit together, perfectly. This helps in reduced rejections, also ensures improved safety. This is a very critical process, to ensure smooth painting and other surface finishing processes.
