Castings can be an effective way to eliminate material waste and save costs compared to straight machining of components. We machine the castings, sourced on behalf of our customers, using a variety of processes, including investment casting, pressure die casting, gravity casting, and sand casting.

Forgings can be a great alternative to casting, to ensure increased strength and enhanced mechanical properties. We can machine forgings made from different materials.

We work with two of the largest aluminium extrusion foundries in India. As is well known, Aluminium extrusions are a great option for parts with uniform cross sections, that do not require the stiffness values that die castings provide. Tooling costs, for extruded components, are relatively less expensive than die casting.
